Buffalo Trace

Nose: Bubble gum, spearmint, vanilla, brown sugar. Taste: Sweet and fruity, clementines and apricots, and spicy (tastes like it has a lot of rye). A touch of vanilla. Maybe a bit of smoke but I'm not getting any ash. Finish: Long. Starts spicy and fades to vanilla oak. Fairly dry.
