My first review, while these are public they are made mostly for my own reference. So excuse my brevity. Nose: wave of vanilla, some banana, honey and orange zest. Palate: Sweet, strong notes of vanilla, honey and butterscotch. Finish: The butterscotch really lingers for a while, and I finally start to get the rye.
