This is a very smooth 12 year old, with a little spice, and honey. Matured in European oak casks that have held Oloroso Sherry Butts, then First Fill Bourbon Barrels, finally to traditional whiskey casks that have already aged Scotch Whiskey. Very smooth finish. You would never believe it is only been aged 12 years.
