Nose: Clean crisp alcohol, strong smoke, ashes, coals, granny smith apples, slight note of dry white wine Palate: Thick and oily, unique mouth texture, lemons and dried orange rind, rise of huge thick clean smoke, heavy peat, oily. Finish: long and smokey, notes of peat and ashes, lemon zest, maybe a little grassy.
