This 13 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was produced by Bunnahabhain distillery in 1997 and bottled by Signatory in 2011. Bunnahabhain is from the Islay region of Scotland. At 54.5% you could certainly add a drop or two of decent water to this whisky to enhance the texture and open up the spirit.
