Convalmore 1960 36 Year Old Gordon & Macphail

Another independent bottling of Convalmore, a Scotch whisky from the Speyside region. This was distilled some time in 1960 and then bottled and released by Gordon & Macphail. The bottling strength of this whisky is 40% which is at the lower end of the scale for whiskies. Although these days many consumers are pushing for producers to bottle closer to 43% or 46% there are still some fine lower strength whiskies. Read more
