This Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in 1972 and bottled in 2006 by renowned independent bottler Signatory. A fine example of a 33 year old Speyside whisky from Glenrothes. At 56.6% you could certainly add a drop or two of decent water to this whisky to enhance the texture and open up the spirit.

I'm a huge fan of Glenrothes, so when I was placing an order with Master of Malt Drinks by the Dram, I selected every sample of Glenrothes that they offered. This 15yr expression from Duthies is one of these samples. This 15yr is a very light colored malt, bottled at 46%. Nose: Quite spirity, with floral notes. Some butterscotch coming through....
