it is one of the strange ones. The iodine taste blows your brain out. For it's range i belive it does more than his brothers on the market. The nose is peat and a bit of flowers... Sweet?? But the taste brought me back home on winter holidays. A real real smoked meat comes out of it, folowed by the same flower sweetness and a bit of wet Leather...
