Talisker's Distillers Edition builds on the distillery's classic Island character by adding a sherry twist through ex-Amoroso cask finishing. On the nose, look for dried fruit, tobacco, and signature coastal smoke. The palate offers layers of rich walnut and leather, balanced by Talisker's trademark black pepper kick. Bottled at 45.8% ABV, this medium-bodied dram successfully bridges the gap between sweet sherry richness and the dry, peaty intensity that the Isle of Skye distillery is known for.
