Chapter Four is the penultimate release from Midleton's Silent Distillery Collection, celebrating the final casks filled at the Old Midleton Distillery before it closed its doors. Aged 48 years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 53.9% ABV, this is a full-bodied, intensely rich Irish whiskey. The nose offers manuka honey, caramelized apple, and nougat. On the palate, warming ginger snap and chilli oil are balanced by ripe peach. Presented in a Waterford crystal decanter, this is a genuine collector's bottling.
