At Domo, Eurobuilding Hotel, Madrid, on the house (thanks.) It pours clean, amber to ochre hue. Aroma is very intense: tons of leather, coal, fireplace. No sweet scents whatsoever. Mouthfeel is very -very warm, powerful and with almost no sourness at all (which renders it even warmer.) It develops good umami and saltiness, though. Very long finish...
