Auchentoshan Classic Bourbon Oak Cask

This was my first scotch out of the bottle. Despite that, it was a good learning experience. Nose is a little confusing: Vanilla undertones, with the alcohol over powering more of the floral tone. Taste: good bite up front, oakish and smooth following, but doesn't finish quite like I wanted it to.
