Talisker Magma 47 Year Old

Talisker Magma is a remarkable 47 year old single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 48.8% ABV. Finished in casks toasted with Skye's volcanic rock (hence the name "Magma"), this exceptionally rare whisky offers a maritime nose of seaweed, wet rock and sweet toffee. The palate is creamy and mineral, with volcanic spice and chilli heat. The finish is long, warming and peppery, classically Talisker. This whisky feels as though it was forged by fire, sea and stone.
