Following on from the success of the iconic Green Spot Whiskey, Dublin based Mitchell & Sons have launched their most recent offering in the shape of Yellow Spot 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey. Also a Single Pot Still Whiskey this is matured in a trio of different cask types: American bourbon barrels, sherry casks from Jerez and casks which previously held Malaga fortified wine. This gives the whiskey a really sweet flavour profile adding to the naturally honeyed notes in the spirit. A great addition to the range!
